As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the VP/GM of Networking and Data Link Solutions, with a focus on anticipating and fulfilling the operational needs of the office.
Engage positively with all organizational levels, including senior leadership, corporate partners, and colleagues, while maintaining a professional and collaborative image of Innova Solutions in all interactions.
Proactively manage correspondence and phone inquiries; respond or redirect to the appropriate individuals for resolution.Additional responsibilities include providing telephone support, assisting in the preparation of company-wide communications, managing expense reports, and handling mail and paperwork distribution, filing, copying, and other general administrative tasks.
Given the sensitive and complex nature of this position, a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures is essential.Act as the event planner/coordinator for various business events of differing sizes and scopes.
A high school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant administrative experience or an associate degree with at least 4 years of related experience is required.
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment is essential.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook including Teams) is necessary.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Compensation:
$30- $35 per hour.
*Compensation offered to a successful candidate will be based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific responsibilities, certifications, etc.
