Position Summary

The Site Operations Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the site. The successful applicant will oversee all guests and activities on-site, ensuring the maintenance, appearance, and overall functionality of the site facilities. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, professional, and adept at managing their responsibilities while prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, customer-centric setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the inbound and outbound processing of all guests.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
  • Act as a liaison between guests, clients, and Cotton senior management.
  • Address all concerns and issues promptly.
  • Supervise staff and collaborate with service teams to meet all operational requirements.
  • Support Site Staff, Project Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Maintain the site’s physical appearance to meet corporate quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Identify work tasks proactively, coordinate and delegate responsibilities, and establish project objectives.
  • Monitor and assess site supply needs, managing inventory levels and asset tracking.
  • Oversee the vendor purchase order process while ensuring cost control measures are in place.
  • Generate and submit reports as required by management or clients.
  • Audit property management systems, safety documentation, and operational files.
  • Track guest occupancy as needed using prescribed methods.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure cleaning activities are conducted as required.
  • Supervise site staff effectively.
  • Maintain all necessary safety documentation to ensure a secure and comfortable environment.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive safety culture on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform errands as necessary for site operations.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in facility management and supervisory roles.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience in scheduling and planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to stand and move throughout the site while performing essential job functions.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly walk the property to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility in schedule to meet operational needs, which may include working outside of regular hours.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods on short notice.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
