Raizan Solutions is a growing medical and engineering placement company looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team.
About the Role: As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our Main Business Developer to align sales strategies with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities in the medical and engineering sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Work closely with our Main Business Developer to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Raizan Solutions and our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within placement services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation: $21-$24/Hr, with a lucrative commission structure that rewards success.
