- Adapt to new techniques, recipes, client preferences, and requests.
- Stay passionate about cooking and continuously seek ways to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or ACF apprenticeship.
- Basic understanding of various cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Basic butchery, baking, and pasta making skills.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
