Energix North America is seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our renewable energy projects, from deal closure to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial process of closing deals, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Negotiate financing agreements with lenders, investors, and stakeholders to secure project financing and optimize terms.
  • Develop financial models to support tax equity and debt financing transactions.
  • Design, implement, and calculate financing issues in project finance transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive project financing proposals, including investment memos, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
  • Conduct and oversee financial analysis and due diligence for renewable energy projects.
  • Review and analyze terms in commercial agreements and other related legal documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate project financing options.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project finance, renewable energy finance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid understanding of project finance principles, including debt structuring, cash flow analysis, and financial risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, policies, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in managing and closing financial deals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
