Your RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay. Your role will involve assisting with the unloading of guests' luggage, providing information about the hotel and its amenities, and escorting guests to their rooms.
