As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-notch customer service to pilots, passengers, and other stakeholders
- Assist with fuel orders, online times, and other logistical tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records
- Perform general cleaning and stocking duties in the pilot and passenger area
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office suite
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Professional appearance
