Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Qosina Corp. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, communicating their needs to internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Process incoming orders, confirm customer information, and provide timely updates on order status
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Supplier Relations to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, including documentation and technical information
  • Assist customers with returns, complaints, and other issues, working closely with internal departments to resolve concerns
  • Obtain forecasts from customers to understand their needs and ensure steady supply of products
  • Work closely with the sales team to offer support and escalate opportunities or issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product information and offer recommendations to customers as needed
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
