Senior Client Relationship Lead

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of institutional experience in consulting, client relationship management, or portfolio management. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an MBA or other advanced financial degree preferred. The candidate should also possess the CFA designation and SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
**Job Description**
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will build strong relationships with Canadian institutional accounts to ensure retention and promote the sale of additional investment products and services. You will interact with clients regularly to stay on top of their needs and concerns, educate them on current market trends, research, and pertinent data.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with key existing institutional clients through proactive interactions
- Leveraging knowledge of client investment strategy, account performance, and market developments to promote additional strategies
- Implementing complex transactions and client requests in a timely manner
- Providing direction and coordinating sales and support efforts to ensure a unified message and approach
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey deep investment experience and professionalism in client meetings. You should also be able to provide direction to build a strong team environment and make presentations to institutional investors.
