Job Summary: Client Relationship Director
The Trident Experiential LLC is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Director to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
About the Role:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, client relationship management, event planning, and sales
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
