Position Overview: As a Sales Team Leader, you exemplify outstanding sales techniques - your passion for our products enhances the customer journey, as you share your expertise with both your team and clients. In this leadership role, you mentor and empower customer service associates, fostering their growth and success within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft unforgettable shopping experiences that encourage customers to return, thanks to the consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable service you provide and exemplify for the team.
  • Maintain a vibrant store atmosphere through impeccable execution of Visual Merchandising and Replenishment standards, demonstrating a commitment to a clean, organized, and inviting presentation.
  • Utilize key initiatives and services, such as product launches and promotions, to actively engage and sell to every customer.
  • Support employee development by sharing your insights and enhancing their understanding of various store functions.
  • Ensure smooth store operations by effectively managing receiving, returns, and daily processes, while being mindful of shrinkage and expenses.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in operations, communicating and collaborating with your team to elevate the store experience for customers and staff alike.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the store team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members respectfully and honestly when necessary.
  • Drive performance during assigned Manager on Duty segments, achieving sales and behaviors that align with store targets.
  • Lead merchandising and replenishment activities during your assigned MOD shifts.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring the safety of both employees and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all operational aspects, including asset protection.
  • Engage actively on the sales floor, which involves physical activities such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
