The Position

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our new clinic in Richland, WA. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently, focusing on providing exceptional care to patients in Employee Health services. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, as well as prescribing medications and treatments.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform CDL exams and comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
  2. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
  3. Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
  4. Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
  5. Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
  6. Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER (preferred).
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented.

Qualifications

  • WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required).
  • BLS/ACLS Certification (Required).

Compensation

$115,000 - $145,000 per year.
