Our mission is to modernize medicine and make health care more accessible, and we're seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

The Position

We are opening a new clinic in Richland, WA, and are looking for a skilled professional to work independently and provide excellent care for our patients in Employee Health services.

The ideal candidate will have a love of the practice of medicine, critical thinking skills, acute diagnostic abilities, and a willingness to learn our unique system of practice.

This position is perfect for someone with a family practice, emergency room, or urgent care background, and offers a manageable workload, no insurance code requirements, and no weekend or on-call expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CDL exams
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team oriented
Qualifications
  • WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)
  • BLS/ ACLS Certification (Required)

$115,000 - $145,000 per year
