Qualifications and Experience


• A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, culinary arts, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Development and Management


• Formulates and oversees all financial plans, employee engagement strategies, and guest satisfaction initiatives for the Food and Beverage divisions.


• Ensures a favorable cost management index for kitchen and dining operations.


• Leverages budgets to align with financial goals.

Leadership of Food and Beverage Team


• Directs the Food and Beverage departments, excluding catering sales.


• Supervises and leads team members effectively.


• Manages daily operations with a comprehensive understanding of all roles to fill in as necessary.


• Utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team; promotes sound financial and business decision-making; exemplifies integrity and leadership.


• Oversees all culinary, dining, beverage, and room service functions.


• Fosters a workplace culture that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a commitment to service excellence.


• Delivers outstanding customer service to all staff members.


• Responds promptly and proactively to employee concerns.


• Cultivates a learning environment focused on ongoing development.


• Provides constructive coaching and guidance to team members.

• Identifies developmental needs and provides coaching, mentoring, or training to enhance skills.


• Recognizes educational needs, developing formal training programs or classes as necessary.


• Creates action plans to address areas for improvement and leverage strengths based on employee engagement and guest satisfaction metrics.

Additional Duties


• Adheres to all corporate accounting protocols.


• Communicates effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates through various channels.


• Analyzes data and evaluates outcomes to determine optimal solutions for challenges.


• Ensures effective communication and information flow within the department through logs, meetings, and updates.
