The Senior Technical Sourcer plays a vital role in our recruitment strategy, significantly influencing our ability to attract exceptional talent. As an integral member of Anduril's recruitment team, you will oversee talent management as we experience rapid growth. Your responsibilities will be hands-on, collaborating closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to identify the hiring needs of the organization. You will be empowered with the autonomy and resources necessary to implement our strategy for building and nurturing Anduril's elite team. We seek an individual capable of managing all facets of recruitment and who is enthusiastic about contributing to a small team where every task is valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing methodologies and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web scraping, continuous process enhancement, automation, and candidate management.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, showcasing the ability to predict hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Engage passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean searches, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
  • Foster a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience at every interaction.
  • Create talent maps to derive market insights that inform your engagement strategies.
  • Represent the company’s brand and recruitment team both internally and externally.
  • Utilize internal resources to develop strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 6 years of experience in sourcing for technical positions and engaging high-caliber talent.
  • At least 4 years of experience interacting with clients, including collaboration with Hiring Managers and Directors to assess new requirements, review profiles, and track pipeline progress.
  • Experience working with government contractors, DOD agencies, and intelligence community agencies.
  • Familiarity with hiring candidates who possess U.S. security clearances.
  • A robust network of talent within the software and hardware engineering sectors.
  • Proven experience in a consultative role where your insights have led to improved outcomes and a positive candidate experience, earning the respect of peers and clients.
  • Strong comprehension of the technical skills and experiences required for engineering roles within the organization.
  • Effective communication skills to understand candidates' motivations, drivers, and fit within the company.
  • Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles.
