Position Overview

As a Legal and IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier candidates for our organization. Your expertise in both the legal and IT sectors will be essential in driving our recruitment efforts.

Location: Reston, VA

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the IT or legal fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years in professional recruiting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to approach complex challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Chrome.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to address all recruitment needs.
  • Engage with potential candidates through daily outreach.
  • Conduct thorough reference and background checks.
  • Efficiently source, evaluate, and negotiate with both new and existing candidates to fulfill open roles.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms such as Jobdiva, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn, employing advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Accurately assess candidates based on job specifications, negotiate compensation packages, coordinate screening processes with HR, and facilitate the onboarding of successful applicants.
