Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and assessing candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their specific needs and job requirements.
  • Work alongside TA and HR teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates to candidates.
  • Identify both active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records in the SmartRecruiters ATS.
  • Represent pureIntegration with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a staffing agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology roles and the associated job market.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems and coordinating candidate submissions and interviews.
  • Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to create candidate pipelines through various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing both "Active" and "Passive" candidates.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Advanced interviewing skills.
  • Capability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
