The Senior Technical Sourcer role is vital to our recruitment strategy, significantly influencing our ability to attract elite talent. As an integral member of Anduril's recruitment team, you will oversee the organization's talent acquisition efforts as we experience rapid growth. Your responsibilities will be hands-on, collaborating closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to ascertain the company's hiring requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing methodologies and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web scraping, continuous process enhancement, automation, and candidate management.
- Conduct candidate interviews, showcasing the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
- Engage passive candidates utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean searches, referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Foster a diverse talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every interaction.
- Create talent maps to derive market insights that inform your engagement strategies.
- Represent the company's brand and recruitment team both internally and externally.
- Utilize internal resources to devise strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 6 years of experience in sourcing for technical positions and engaging top-tier talent.
- At least 4 years of experience interacting with clients, including collaboration with Hiring Managers and Directors to discuss new requirements, review profiles, and update pipeline status.
- Experience with government contractors, DOD agencies, and intelligence community agencies.
- Proven track record in hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
- A robust network of talent within the software and hardware engineering sectors.
- Experience providing consultative guidance that leads to improved outcomes and a positive candidate experience, earning the respect of peers and clients.
- Strong comprehension of the technical skills and experiences necessary for engineering roles within the organization.
- Effective communication skills to understand candidates' motivations, drivers, and fit within the company.
- Ability to manage multiple candidate funnels and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Self-sufficient with the capability to work with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Background in recruiting for software and hardware positions.

The salary range for this position is estimated between $41 and $71 USD, based on various compensation factors, including work experience, education, critical skills, and business considerations.
