Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for contract and direct-hire positions. Your expertise will help us fulfill open job orders and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and assess qualified talent to fulfill job orders, leveraging your knowledge of the IT industry and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a candidate skills matrix to inform recruitment activities and ensure effective talent management.
- Conduct weekly interviews to evaluate candidate fit and make informed hiring decisions.
- Generate leads through professional relationships, candidate interactions, and other business development efforts.
- Utilize our recruitment software to log activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business and national practices.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
