- Reporting and Data Analysis: Compile complex reports, prepare spreadsheets, and participate in data-gathering projects to support business objectives.
- Special Projects: Assist with special HR projects, audits, and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible HR experience in general HR, benefits administration, employee orientation/training, and HR records/report generation.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local legislation and regulatory requirements; intermediate experience in Excel preferred.
