Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Boston, MA. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent for our corporate services positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers to fill designated positions and manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including candidate selection, scheduling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with corporate services hiring managers to fill designated positions and manage the full life cycle recruitment process.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including candidate selection, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide new hire information to HR teammates and assist with recruitment support during busy periods.
  • Participate in regular maintenance of recruiting databases and the Intranet, making edits and adjustments to templates, postings, and candidate information.
  • Facilitate compliance with EEOC and recruitment information requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting experience required, professional services experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for a variety of positions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Administrative.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, and other HRIS systems.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones desired.
  • Experience with competency-based and behavioral interviewing.
  • Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations and make well-reasoned decisions.
  • Consistently demonstrated ability to assess risks and opportunities effectively.
  • Fast paced office environment handling multiple tasks and demands.
  • Requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
  • Evening/weekend work may be required.
  • Travel as needed.
