Mission:

We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our job openings are filled with the most suitable candidates promptly. Your Responsibilities:
  • Talent Delivery: Achieve or surpass the hiring plan by filling over 10 vacancies quarterly, managing roles from individual contributors to directors independently.
  • Talent Quality: Attract and recruit top-tier talent across various fields, including Development and Product, as necessary.
  • Talent Brand: Foster and enhance a positive employer brand through strategic relationship building and effective communication across multiple channels.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by utilizing industry-leading tools and best practices; contribute to process improvements when applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a rapidly growing multinational IT organization.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in understanding candidates, including their relevant experiences, goals, and motivations.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools, including X-Ray search, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Exceptional skills in cold outreach, with strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, ensuring effective collaboration with hiring teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Experienced in data management, proactively tracking progress and enhancing approaches and processes.
  • Willingness to adapt work hours to accommodate US time zones.
