Mission:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Talent Delivery: Achieve or surpass the target by filling over 10 vacancies quarterly, independently managing roles from individual contributors to directors.

  • Talent Brand: Uphold and enhance a positive employer brand through strategic relationship building and effective communication across diverse channels.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a rapidly growing multinational IT organization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in understanding candidates, including their relevant experiences, goals, and motivations.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, with a strong grasp of effective sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Exceptional skills in cold outreach, with strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, ensuring collaboration with hiring teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Skilled in data management, proactively tracking progress and refining approaches using data.
  • Willingness to adapt work hours to accommodate US time zones.
