Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to support our Talent Acquisition team. As an HR Support Staff, you will play a critical role in onboarding new employees and ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for approximately 5,000 new employees, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Enter background check and CORI forms electronically, verify IDs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workday experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to learn and use a scanner and laptop computer.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve onboarding goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree is required for this role.
  • Experience: Tiered experience is preferred, with a minimum of 1+ years and 10+ years of experience in a related field.
