Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing initiatives for executive-level positions, particularly in high-demand technical areas such as Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
  • Formulate and implement proactive sourcing strategies to engage executive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of leadership requirements and craft effective search strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates, fostering long-term engagement and developing talent pipelines for essential technical leadership roles.
  • Utilize market insights, research, and data analytics to enhance executive search strategies and provide valuable recommendations.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparency, responsiveness, and discretion throughout the executive recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in executive sourcing or recruitment, ideally within technical fields such as Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sourcing strategies for senior and executive-level positions in the technology sector.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted partner and strategic consultant.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, including proficiency in utilizing various channels (e.g., networking, Boolean searches, industry events) to identify and attract top executive talent.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple executive searches concurrently.
  • Comfortable operating in a data-driven environment, with a demonstrated ability to leverage insights to inform sourcing decisions.
  • A high degree of discretion, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
