Job Summary:

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Project Managers by generating reports, assisting with control activities, and responding to data requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and assist with control activities to support Project Managers.
  • Respond to data requests and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain necessary information to complete tasks.
  • Develop and maintain project controls processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP Work and Asset Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics reporting tools is a plus.
  • Critical analysis, critical thinking, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to work with varying personalities and project leads.
