- Budget Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets, including initial estimates and ongoing adjustments.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct cost forecasting and financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for project planning.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost information and effective communication.
- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of cost data, ensuring accurate documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related role.
