Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct engineering efforts, project oversight, and technical support for hydroelectric initiatives.

  • Develop tailored proposals that align with market needs and client goals.
  • Supervise engineering design and project execution for hydro control systems and mechanical components.
  • Provide on-site design support, oversight, and consultancy for client hydro installations.
  • Facilitate training sessions to highlight product advantages.
  • Enhance market visibility and profitability.
  • Manage financial planning and team performance assessments.
  • Travel domestically for successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hydroelectric control systems engineering.
  • At least 5 years' leadership experience in hydro control projects.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related duties.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.
  • Physically capable of working in diverse hydro power plant environments.

Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
