Core Responsibilities:
- Direct engineering efforts, project oversight, and technical support for hydroelectric initiatives.
- Discover new application possibilities and champion product advancements.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with market needs and client goals.
- Supervise engineering design and project execution for hydro control systems and mechanical components.
- Provide on-site design support, oversight, and consultancy for client hydro installations.
- Facilitate training sessions to highlight product advantages.

- Manage financial planning and team performance assessments.
- Travel domestically for successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hydroelectric control systems engineering.
- At least 5 years' leadership experience in hydro control projects.
- Willingness to travel for project-related duties.
- Proficient in relevant software applications.
- Physically capable of working in diverse hydro power plant environments.
Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
