Broomhall Brothers HVAC has been delivering mechanical building services to various sectors, including multifamily, commercial, and institutional markets. Our expertise encompasses servicing and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including commercial boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, water heaters, storage tanks, indirect heat exchangers, and pumps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer service requests and service calls
  • Conducting routine maintenance on client equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to system performance or failures
  • Inspecting, repairing, modifying, and installing HVAC equipment, including refrigeration and air conditioning components
  • Performing equipment and system start-up as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Recording measurements of meters, pressures, and gauges during operation
  • Understanding basic pipe installation
  • Backing up control files for customer equipment
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift at least 70 lbs. and climb ladders
  • Preferred 1+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license verification
  • EPA Certification Universal required
