Position Summary:

  • Facilitate change order processes, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
  • Maintain timely updates of project cost forecasts and data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial invoices to ensure project cash flow stability.
  • Compile and present monthly progress reports to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel Requirements:
The role may require occasional travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling and cost analysis for large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
