Position Summary:
The Construction Project Control Analyst plays a vital role within AMINA Bank, leveraging extensive knowledge in managing and overseeing project plans in a multifaceted construction setting. This position is essential for supporting large-scale commercial construction initiatives, utilizing advanced scheduling tools for precise resource allocation and performance tracking.

- Identify and analyze interdependencies within the project team.
- Generate accurate forecasts for project cash flow.

- Evaluate the relationship between risk management, costs, and project quantities.
- Utilize historical data to inform project estimates and budgets.
- Assist in contract review to support cost management and scheduling efforts.
- Implement effective controls to monitor and report on budget, actual expenditures, and forecasts.
- Facilitate change order processes, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
- Maintain timely updates of project cost forecasts and data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial invoices to ensure project cash flow stability.
- Compile and present monthly progress reports to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Travel Requirements:
The role may require occasional travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling and cost analysis for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance metrics.
- Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
Skills and Attributes:

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
Physical Demands:
