About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at FreePower, a leading innovator in wireless charging technology. As a key member of our lean and driven team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and streamlining our company's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Global Manufacturing Partnerships: Collaborate with global manufacturing partners to ensure quality standards, timely production, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
  • Program Management: Lead program management efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize operations and scale production as the company grows.
  • Inventory and Logistics Management: Monitor inventory, production schedules, and logistics to minimize delays and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Product Integration: Work closely with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing pipeline.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within current processes and create solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the leadership team in strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term operational goals.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the electronics industry or related field.
  • Global Manufacturing Background: Background in global manufacturing and supply chain management.
  • Program Management Skills: Program management experience, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on a broad range of responsibilities.
  • Operational Management Tools: Experience with ERP or other operational management tools is a plus.
