Center Operations Director

At Tier1usa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our autism center, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage local operations, including center cleanliness and organization, RBT billable hours management, scheduling, and parent communications.
  • Partner with market-level leadership to drive center performance and achieve key operating metrics, including budget, efficiency, and more.
  • Collaborate with the local Scheduling Manager to ensure daily scheduling needs are met and cancellations are minimized.
  • Identify and address local operating challenges, implementing solutions and policies as needed.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in daily processes and decision-making.
  • Manage center supply ordering and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and their caregivers.
  • Act as the primary people leader for local employees, supervising clinicians and coaching them on career development and leadership.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure effective communication and care coordination amongst the BCBA, SLP, and OT teams.
  • Plan and lead office meetings and events, including staff meetings, professional development days, and staff lunches.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in the healthcare provider space, with autism or other outpatient clinic experience preferred.
  • Previous people management experience, preferably teams of 8-10 or more people.
  • 2-3+ years of operations management experience.
