Job Title: Technology Innovation Specialist

At ADM, we're committed to unlocking the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide. As a Technology Innovation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimizing plant operations to meet our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply engineering principles to new and existing facilities to drive process design and implementation of new technologies.
  • Benchmark plant performance against internal and external best practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a 5-year project portfolio to prioritize capital budgeting, execution, and productivity growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operations, share methodologies, and implement new technologies.
  • Support plant operations in solving technical problems and assist in setting up goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Food Processing, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with plant process systems, with a focus on operations supervision and/or process/project engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of process unit operations, including wet and dry milling and co-product processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with plant engineers and management.
