About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Business Development Strategist to join our team at CLEAR Corporate. This exciting role will focus on driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. A proven track record of success in growing revenue, expanding customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including payers, health systems, and digital health organizations. You will also work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the healthcare industry

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue, expanding customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven execution
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payers, health systems, and digital health organizations

Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a quarterly commission and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and flexible time off.

Location: Remote or hybrid work environment, with occasional travel required.
