We are a leading law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As a Remote Legal Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in our team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all potential new client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and document all relevant information from potential new clients during the initial contact.
  • Collaborate with our attorneys to determine case acceptance and feasibility.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of investigators as needed.
  • Follow up with potential new clients to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
  • Retrieve and obtain necessary documentation, including police reports and scene/injury photos.
  • Prepare and send all necessary documentation for new client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM and case management software is a plus.
  • Previous legal experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills are required.
  • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued.
