Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group. Responsibilities:
  • Qualify clients for representation in Personal Injury cases
  • Communicate with Intake Manager and legal support team members about case facts
  • Send and receive Intake documents
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and friendly manner
  • Meet with sales leads to receive new service and product knowledge
  • Respond to customer inquiries and product/service questions
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions
  • Keep track of customer accounts and update information as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts
  • Strong sales knowledge and ability to sign on new clients
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar legal intake roles, sales, or call center space
  • CRM/CMS experience
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
