As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you will support the General Manager in overseeing all facets of the center's operations. In the absence of the General Manager, you will take charge, ensuring seamless management of entertainment, Food & Beverage services, and the overall property and its equipment. Throughout your daily responsibilities, you will uphold a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and focus on nurturing the talents of your team. If you aspire to advance to a General Manager role, this position is an excellent stepping stone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIORITIZE GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Act as an advocate for our guests, consistently providing outstanding service, gathering valuable feedback, and proactively addressing and resolving any guest concerns.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Refine operational execution; manage staffing levels to align with center demands and enhance the guest experience.

EXPLORE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

  • Leverage all potential business opportunities in your area by implementing marketing strategies to boost sales (such as leagues and open play bowling).

CULTIVATE LEAGUE RELATIONSHIPS

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with league bowlers and officials to enhance our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform other administrative tasks related to leagues.

BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM

  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a skilled team of hourly staff.

EXHIBIT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE

  • Guide and motivate your team effectively; utilize the unique strengths of each team member to ensure guest satisfaction and optimize center productivity; delegate responsibilities efficiently.

OPTIMIZE FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS

  • Oversee the management and enhancement of the center's Food & Beverage program; provide ongoing training and supervision of daily operations to ensure compliance with corporate standards.

WHO YOU ARE:

As a dedicated member of our team, you are prepared to step in for the General Manager when necessary. Your guest service instincts are complemented by strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are adaptable, willing to support the center during extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Moreover, you are a committed team player, adept at developing your team's skills, and eager to progress towards a General Manager position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to supervise operational staff effectively.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional talent development capabilities.
  • Proficient in customer service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.

COMPENSATION:

The estimated pay range for this position is $32.39 per hour. Please note that this range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as background, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Bowlero offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a variety of other benefits. Incentives and benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
