Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Production Manager will leverage their technical expertise to support our organization in the realm of electrical component testing across a diverse array of devices, from diodes to microprocessors. This role involves adhering to established testing protocols to evaluate device parameters as specified by customer requirements and product datasheets. The Production Manager will collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, external clients, and suppliers to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position entails conducting comprehensive data analysis and supervising a team of 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to identify technical requirements for customer bench test projects.
- Efficiently deploy data acquisition hardware and software.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in bench testing and instrumentation.
- Demonstrate an understanding of electromechanical components and thermal management techniques.
- Manage vector conversion and driver setup.
- Monitor testing processes during stress cycles using data logging methodologies.
- Conduct hardware repairs, maintenance, and calibration of ovens.
- Develop LabVIEW code utilizing NI equipment and drivers.
- Maintain project status updates within the planning system for the bench area.

- Comply with quality and ITAR regulations.
- Engage in proactive team efforts to meet departmental and organizational objectives.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Important Note: This position is within an ITAR-registered facility, and US Person status (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident) is mandatory.
