Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
  • Direct project planning, including scheduling, material acquisition, and supply management.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.

Production Management:
  • Supervise quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage crews to ensure professionalism, adherence to schedules, and high-quality results.
  • Analyze operational reports to monitor progress and address any challenges promptly.

Team Development:
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep team members updated on the latest techniques and standards.
  • Administer certification tests and manage skill assessments.
  • Provide on-site coaching to enhance team performance and address challenges as they arise.

Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to all local safety regulations and programs.
  • Lead safety orientation and toolbox meetings to foster a culture of safety.
  • Manage the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with third-party safety programs.

Equipment Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and readiness of all equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Ensure the workspace is organized and inventory is up-to-date.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar production-oriented role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in quality assurance, crew supervision, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of asphalt maintenance processes is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in safety and project management are a plus.
