We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Clerk to provide clerical support to our North Miami office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and Comptroller
- Manage the daily operations of the mail room, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks, including opening new files in the accounting system and entering new client matter numbers in the postage database and case management program
- File documents for accounts payable and scan closed files into the closed files database
- Copy and scan all mail, and prepare documents/packages for shipping via US Mail, UPS, or FedEx as requested
- Answer and route calls as needed, and cover the receptionist for breaks or when out of the office
- Assist with additional tasks, such as filing and restocking office supplies
- Ability to lift 30-35 pounds
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
