Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our medical group and drive our strategic vision forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and management of our medical group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve quality, and enhance patient experience.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical group, including management of a diverse team of physicians and staff.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial stability and success of the medical group.
- Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex medical groups and/or integrated healthcare systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth, improve quality, and enhance patient experience.
- Operational Expertise: Strong operational management skills, with experience in managing diverse teams and budgets.
- Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, with experience in leading initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience in fostering strong relationships with physicians, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
