Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our technology and science strategy, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the integration of software, image analysis, machine learning/AI, biological and synthetic reagents, and hardware systems to deliver cutting-edge products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute plans for product development, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical/clinical, regulatory, and quality functions, to ensure seamless execution of our strategy.
  • Drive innovation and growth through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
  • Ensure that our technology and science platforms are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field with >15 years of relevant experience in managing research and development pipelines, systems integration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of leading image analysis and machine learning/AI teams to deliver products to market.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional R&D teams to achieve regulatory clearance or approval.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and grow multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
