  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care that promote excellence in patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of nursing services and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends, ensuring compliance and best practices in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a facility environment as an Associate Chief Nursing Officer or Nursing Director of multiple, complex nursing departments.
  • Proven leadership ability and facility operational expertise.
  • Strong labor relations background.
  • Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CENP or NEA certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $155,000 - $233,600 annually.
  • Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
  • Little to no travel required.
