The Assistant Director of Advancement Operations is a key role at La Salle University, responsible for supporting advancement efforts by managing and optimizing the Salesforce CRM system for fundraising and alumni engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain data integrity, reporting, and analysis to enhance fundraising initiatives
  • Oversee data policies, user access, and security for the Salesforce CRM system
  • Collaborate with the major gifts team for prospect research and development
  • Provide training and support to CRM users and fundraising teams
  • Ensure accurate donor data and reports through the use of database tools
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in advancement operations or data management
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and similar CRM software
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data to inform fundraising decisions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work outside typical business hours when needed
