Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Hilton City Avenue. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and direction of our housekeeping operations to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and rooms to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of improving housekeeping operations and increasing guest satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
