Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including reservation management, registration, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
