Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors of the hotel. This includes checking guests in and out, processing payments, and answering phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
  • Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
  • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management.
  • Respond to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including email, word processing, and hotel management systems.
