Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Revive Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client communications, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front area setup and appearance to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Check clients in and out for their appointments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers, promoting our services and products
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our company's various products and services to provide informed recommendations
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients visiting the store, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Monitor messaging systems for client communications, responding promptly and professionally
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; relevant experience in aesthetic medicine or customer service preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
