About the Role

As an Associate HCM Specialist, you'll play a critical role in implementing specialty services and integrations for our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new products and integrations for clients, ensuring timely and efficient setup
  • Conduct comprehensive client training and demos, ensuring they're equipped to maximize the value of our solutions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Implementation, and Sales, to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Manage complex client escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs for front-line employees and clients, enhancing their knowledge and skills
  • Stay up-to-date with Heartland system enhancements and product releases, ensuring our clients receive the latest benefits
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of specialty products and integrations, with the ability to triage and implement multiple solutions
  • Basic understanding of the Heartland payroll system, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results
  • Strong adherence to Global Payments data security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client data
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, with a flexible and collaborative mindset
  • Working knowledge of basic office technology, including G-Suite tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (1-2 years in payroll, implementation, or product-related roles)
