Role Overview:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 10+ years of pertinent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Cloud HCM Core Modules and Help Desk functionalities.
  • Prior experience in HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis and validation.
  • Experience in Multi-Region/Country Oracle HCM Configuration and Administration.
  • Expertise in customization tasks (DFF and EFF), report customization, defining concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
  • Prior involvement in conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and fit-gap analysis.
  • Proficient in the development, implementation, and customization of Workflows, with experience in full project life cycles and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Prior experience working with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the HCM ADP connector is considered an advantage.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage strong industry knowledge to address customer needs, resolve concerns, and maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail.
